What happens when my trial ends?▼
Your account moves to the Free plan automatically. All your documents are kept and you can keep using DocuMindly within the Free plan limits. If you have more than the Free plan allows, you can still view and download everything, but can't add more until you are below the limit or upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes! Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. You'll have access until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your documents are kept.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?▼
Absolutely! Change your plan anytime from your subscription settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is my payment information secure?▼
